These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk95 governing your access to and use of the pk95 online sportsbook and casino platform available at pk95.club. By accessing the pk95 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk95 Platform and close your Account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk95 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
To register and maintain an Account with pk95, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
pk95 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification. Providing false information to establish or maintain eligibility constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the pk95 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk95 employs automated systems to detect multi-accounting behaviour. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed, all pending Bets will be voided, and any Balance across all Accounts will be forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. pk95 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information held on your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk95 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any Bets placed using your Account credentials — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — are your responsibility. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk95 support immediately.
All Account Balances on pk95 are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk95 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on pk95:
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. pk95 aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts on the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one (1) working day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times. pk95 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification or compliance checks are required.
Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method they own and which has previously been used to deposit on their pk95 Account, subject to KYC verification requirements. pk95 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, pk95 may freeze the Account and refer the matter to relevant authorities.
Any funds deposited into a pk95 Account must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal request can be submitted. This requirement exists to prevent the use of pk95 as a payment processing facility and is separate from any bonus wagering requirements that may apply.
pk95 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer and which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All sports bets placed on pk95 are governed by the rules set out in this clause and by the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or tournament, which are published on the pk95 Platform and updated periodically. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules will prevail.
pk95 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including cricket (including PSL, international test matches, T20Is, and ODIs), American football, UFC and mixed martial arts, and additional sports markets that may be introduced from time to time. The following general sports betting rules apply across all markets:
The pk95 casino offers live dealer games, video slots, and live game show titles from internationally certified software providers. All casino games available on pk95 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or use live dealer studio formats streamed in real time. Game-specific rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each individual game interface.
pk95 is not the developer or operator of the underlying game software — games are provided by licensed third-party software providers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session (including disconnection, server error, or game crash), pk95 will endeavour to settle the round on the basis of available game state data. Where it is not possible to determine the outcome, the bet amount for the affected round will be returned to your Account Balance. Accumulated jackpot claims arising from a technical malfunction may be withheld pending investigation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk95 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Balance frozen or forfeited, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

All content on the pk95 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of pk95 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk95 Platform without the prior written consent of pk95. Any unauthorised use of pk95 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk95 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pk95 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
pk95's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pk95 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk95 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pk95 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure Platform stability and security, particularly during high-traffic events such as PSL fixtures, but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
pk95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk95 will provide reasonable advance notice to Players via email to the registered Account address, a notification on the pk95 Platform, or both. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may be implemented without prior notice.
Your continued use of the pk95 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk95 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the pk95 customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of referral to support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral body specified by the licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to any mandatory review rights provided by the applicable law of the licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents pk95 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent fraudulent activity on the Platform.
